| This is kinda a quicky ---Iv been dam busy and got a meet to go to tomorrow--This is a side dish of sorts and super easy and simple but is a differant variation of just plain ole garlic bread. Get a loaf of good French or Italian bread unsliced and fresh---Slice bout a inch or so thick but just down to the bottom crust so it still stays together. Mix up some Garlic Butter using Real butter softened and as much crushed garlic as u like ----I like LOTS add a litte dried parsley if u like. Slice some sweet onions about 1/4 inch thick. Slice some cheddar or any kind of cheese u like a 1/4 inch thick Open up the slices of bread and butter, slide in a slice of cheese and a slice of onion. Wrap air tite in aluminum foil--Stick in a preheated at 400 for about 20 minutes. Un wrap and crisp a little---Maybe sprinkle some Romano on top ---Quick and Good Please register or log in to remove this ad and the ads attached to all the pictures |
