| Super simple to make and very yummy. 1+ potatoes cayenne pepper paprika salt pepper butter oil 1/2 onion sliced Start off by washing your potato and slicing it about 1/16" thick lay them out on a plate or cutting board and sprinkle with kosher salt, cayenne pepper, and paprika. do 2 parts salt, and 1 part for each of the other spices. just use your eyes to judge how much you think you should use. too much or too little should still turn out a good tasting potato. Eat up 1 part butter and 1 part oil, (about 2 TBS each) then when hot add the potatoes, when they start to brown, flip them over, about half way through the 2nd side of cooking, add the onions, you want to add them towards the end to keep them somewhat crisp. When done, place the potatoes on an upside down cooling rack laid on top of a paper towel. After plating the potatoes add some fresh crushed peppers. Note, do not over crowed the pan! also, if plating the potatoes, mix them up with the onions, I had them on the side in the picture since I was plating them later with another dish.
