Default Thick Crust Pizza

- Simple pizza, you'll never eat a frozen one again. Even if you're in college!

- Buy or make some dough, its not hard to make, but if a local bakery has some good pizza do go ahead and get that. Don't just buy pre-made grocery store dough, if you must use something like Jiffy. or Jeffie, lol.

- Roll the dough out for thin crust or toss it for thick. Place it in a cast Iron pan, with flour on the bottom, you can use corn meal too. (Put it on a cookie sheet or Pizza stone for thin crust.)

- Pre-bake the dough until it starts to get crispy, I use about 475F.

- Add on your favorite sauce, or make it if you like.
- Add on any other toppings you like.
- Top with about 2 cups of cheese, you can use whatever you prefer
- Dip your spoon into the sauce and kinda "flick" it on top of the cheese, it really makes the pizza.
- bake it for another 5-10 minutes at 475F and wait till its golden brown.
