| Serving size, makes however many you want. Fresh green beans Butter Kosher salt Toasted sesame seeds Fresh crushed black pepper. I start out by rinsing and trimming the green beans, you can either cut the ends off or break them off. Turn heat to medium If it's too hot the butter will burn. Then place about 1 TBS butter per serving in pan, then add the green beans and more salt then you think you would need. Toss the green beans with the butter then place a lid on the pan. every so often shake the pan around to get the green beans to turn. You want to cook the green beans to the point that they're still very crisp (the way I like them) Once you feel they're done, remove the lid, add the sesame seeds and toss the green beans again to coat them in the sesame seeds. Once you plate the green beans add a tiny bit more kosher salt ( I like the way it looks) and ground fresh pepper. Do keep in mind, if making more then 2 servings at one time, use either 2 pans or do them in batches, if you over crowed the pan, they wont cook as well some even, might not cook at all. p.s yes I know I microwaved that potato in the last picture, I didn't feel like heating my oven =) Please register or log in to remove this ad and the ads attached to all the pictures |
