I lived in thailand for 2 years and learned to cook around 12 Thai Dishes. this is an easy one and is sure to be the hit of the party. 2-3 pounds of boneless skinless chick breast. Cut into long slices almost like a chicken tender size., Put into a container. next you need to find some sort of yellow curry powder at the store. Thai or indian kind will be fine. Sprinke over all the chicken then put about 2 cups of water on top the chicken and let marinade in the fridge for a few hours. Next get some bamboo skewers at the grocery store and skewer all your chicken, set aside. In a sauce pan put 1 can of coconut milk on medium heat, once warm put about half a small jar of extra crunchy peanut butter. Next put a table spoon or 2 of Sweet Thai Chili sauce which can be found at any major grocery stores international foods section. Stir constantly until it starts to bubble up, then turn heat to low or even remove from heat until your chicken is ready to come off the grill. Before grilling the chicken on the grill, I like to get a paper towel and dab a bit of vegatable cooking oil on the paper then clean the entire surface of my grill, makes for a great non stick surface. Grill Chicken on the BBQ grill on both sides until done, do not over cook as you dont want dried out chicken. gas grill works fine, but for a little better taste, charcoal FTW. Serve the chicken on a large platter still on skewers on center of table with a couple small bowls filled with your peanut sauce, let your guest decide if and how much of the sauce they want to smother on their chicken. Enjoy!! Oh, and to impress the ladies you can tell them its called Sautee Gai, which is the Thai name for this dish. Stay tuned for the sweet little condiment salad that usualy is served next to this dish. BEN Please register or log in to remove this ad and the ads attached to all the pictures

LOL!! See Jeff, This is why Im a sucky cooking recipe coach. i dont measure any thing I cook, Its all to feel, taste and just from experience. i will give it a good guess though. The cocnut milk will usually come in a 8-12 oz can and will be in the asian food section or internatinal food section at the grocery. As for the Peanut butter, it is the medium size jar. Maybe about 12 oz. Not the jumbo Jar for sure. What I do is put about half the jar in and once its good and melted in a will give it a taste, if I taste to much coconut milk flavor, I just add a couple scoops more of peanut butter. And if your wondering, the sauce is not fat free!! hahah- BEN

No sauce should be fat free=) Even if you dont use all of the contents, listing the can size helps the other people who cant cook a PB&J with out reading a recipe book with pictures. :D I'm pretty sure the small can is an 8 oz can. it's kinda like those small (old school) orange juice cans.
