| Ok, I'm pretty funny about beef.. I normally, only, eat porterhouse, rip eye, and new york. I don't care much about kobe, except kobe hamburgers, yum. It takes me incredibly a looong time for me to prep my beef. - I use anything carbonated, or whisky to tenderize the meat. (heineken beer is strong and it'll give you an incredible after taste). I also have used jonny walker blue - if you're going to use expensive whisky, use 7up first, dump it out and let the whistkey soak in (1 hour) - I beat the crap out of it for about 15 minutes, both sides until I break sweat. You will taste nothing softer in any restaurants, when it's done - trust me on this - a lots of garlic and onions will get rid of any foul meat ordor then cook it anyway you want it. I don't personally don't like steak sauce.. kills the flavor, imo. some fresh ground pepper is highly recommended.
