Default Applebees bourbon street steak?

i thought jeff used to work at applebees so i thought i would post on here. i have seen 2 different recipes for it.

some require steak sauce, not sure which one. and prepared mustard. yellow? dijon?

the other is just bourbon, brown sugar and s/p.

Nope, not me, all I have to say is when I go to any applebees style place, I try to avoid steak, I've had 1 too many bad steaks at those types of places.

do you have any other grilled steak rub recipes?

Tenderloin as with most any other steak.

try that, or if you want more of a bbq style rub,

try doing

4 parts brown sugar,
4 parts paprika,
2 parts salt
1 part cayenne pepper
1 part dry mustard
1 part garlic powder

and anything else you see fitting.
