Default Juicy Ribeye

Quick and easy and full of flavor.

Buy a nice grade Ribeye (Black Angus Aged is what I like)

Rub ribeye with Fresh Cracked Black Pepper and a bit of garlic powder. And the main herb, rub a good amount of Sage all over the steak on both sides. To not put salt on your steak until a few minutes before cooking. This will make sure your natural juices arent sucked out by the salt. Once your steak is rubbed with all your seasonings, put it in a tupperware with a a good amount of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) and let marinade in fridge a couple hours. remove from fridge a good 1-2 hours before cooking to make sure the steak is room temp when you put it on the grill. Put it on a very hot grill to sear both sides for about 3 minutes on each side, turn down heat and cook until your desired temp. I like MR to medium myself. Enjoy. BEN
