| What a nice light and fruity wine! I must admit, I'm not much of a white wine drinker. I'm a cabernet guy mostly with the occasional chianti thrown in on pasta night. But, the occasion came up that called for a white wine to be served, and a nice light one at that, to serve with a vegitarian meal. Without breaking the bank (I payed around $17 a bottle), the Ecco 2005 is a great choice. Very fruity, next to no tannins, and very light and wet. I don't like a lot of white's for their buttery taste. This bottle doesn't have that which is a big plus to me. Perfect glass of wine on a hot summer's eve. Give it a try!
