| What you'll need: - 1-1.5 shots of Bacardi Superior Rum - A bunch of fresh mint leaves - 2 lime wedges - Ginger Ale - First cut out 2 wedges from a lime. First half it lengthwise then into quarters. - Throw the 2 wedges in a highball glass along with the mint leaves. I always use around 12 leaves. - Take your favorite muddler and muddle away. - Top the glass off with ice. - Pour in the rum. Top off with ginger ale. - Mix and enjoy. Notes: I personally prefer using ginger ale over club soda because it adds an extra dimension of flavor to the drink. I omitted the sugar because ginger ale already contains enough sugar to balance the sourness of the lime. Please register or log in to remove this ad and the ads attached to all the pictures |
