| anybody know a link to making this stuff? Or know anything about it? My GF goes crazy over this stuff and wanna make some for her .. her b-day coming up. | Sigh, it's tricky. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're pretty good with baking. What kind of souffles does she like? Maybe I'll post a how to guide for it. once again they are pretty tricky to do. |

| you have lots to learn young grass hopper. TONS of things go into souffles from Salmon (another one of the MANY things you can do with fish, quoting the fish thread) to any type of dessert. Last time I made one I made a chocolate gran marnier souffle. The thing that makes it hard is you have very little room for error. last thing you want is a deflated dessert. |
