Default Souffle - recipe request

anybody know a link to making this stuff? Or know anything about it? My GF goes crazy over this stuff and wanna make some for her .. her b-day coming up. Majority of the high end restaurants don't even have this, cuz it takes like 20 min to make it.

Sigh, it's tricky. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're pretty good with baking.
What kind of souffles does she like? Maybe I'll post a how to guide for it.
once again they are pretty tricky to do.

you have lots to learn young grass hopper.

TONS of things go into souffles from Salmon (another one of the MANY things you can do with fish, quoting the fish thread) to any type of dessert.

Last time I made one I made a chocolate gran marnier souffle. The thing that makes it hard is you have very little room for error. last thing you want is a deflated dessert.

What's the deal with souffle? I've never had one, but they've always seemed more like a culinary joke than actual food.
Bob: "Oh NOES, my souffle fell!"
Joe: "well, duh, it's a souffle."

I guess you could do one. Just make up your own. all you need is the basic science of a souffle, what you need to make it rise and from there you can add things to it.

Just remember, the souffle does not wait for the customer, the customer waits for the souffle.
