Default Birthday Dinner for my Girly

Girlfriend is coming home this weekend, I'm thinking of making her a nice dinner on Sat night.

Gimme some ideas. Will provide pics of meal and girlfriend upon completion. Spicy things are a no go.

I'd like a main dish and two sides. Wine to go with is a plus, but tell me what to get, cuz I have no ****ing clue.

Oblig. Picture

Help me out here, what kind of meats does she like?

Scallops are always a good option and VERY easy to do, also it puts off a somewhat high end feeling to the meal.

do those with some fingerling potatoes and baby baby broccoli.

She's not a seafood fan unfortunately. She cooked me lamb one time, and I'd like to try it, but I think I'll wait for another occasion.

Chicken or Beef. Gimme a good one from each, I'll pick.

Beef Roast I really like this roast, it turns into a really tender piece of steak, can be served cold or hot, serve with some mashed potatoes and veggie

I've had A LOT of great feedback with ths parmesan

chicken parmesan

and the cordon bleu

Chicken cordon bleu
