Default Cooking / Food Magazines (Your favorites?)

What are your favorite cooking / food magazines?

I like Gourmet a lot.

I am getting Saveur starting with the next issue, I have heard it is good.

I used to get CHOW, which was the best magazine around IMO, but they stoped making it. Now they send me Intermezzo (a waste) instead to fill the rest of my subscription time. Chow is about to launch their new e-zine at www.chow.com in mid Sept.. I am looking forward to that.

Have a subscription to Cooks Illustrated. They have a test kitchen and test almost everything, whether it be utensils, cooking wear, brands of olive oil, you name it. There are some great tips and good recipes too. BEN
