Default Pho'

I joined this site a while back and have picked up some really good hints & tips as well as some great recipes. One recipe that I have been seeking out lately and cant seem to find a good one is pho'. specifically pho' ga (chicken pho).

Does anyone have a recipe detailing the broth, noodles, etc.....

From what I understand Chicken Pho doesn't exist, all pho comes from the same beef broth, at American joints you can have them put chicken in it as a meat option. Follow the recipe I have listed on pho then add in your chicken =)

I'll double check tomorrow but I'm 99% sure that's how it goes.
