Default Post your 30-second recipes here!

Well, ok, it doesn't have to be 30 seconds exactly, but post recipes of snacks, dips, or other easy to make foods here.

Sriracha Remoulade
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sriracha
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Whisk together until smooth. Serve as a dipping sauce with fried calamari rings, french fries, onion rings, anything fried for that matter.

Since I refuse to stock up on instant ramen noodles in my house, pesto has taken the place of instant food.
-Basil leaves
-Extra virgin olive oil
-Pine nuts
-Parmesan cheese
-Garlic
Blend together and mix with penne pasta. Can't say the measurements since I usually don't measure. It depends on your personal taste anyway.

do you keep pine nuts in stock at home? I find they're too expensive to use for anything but special occasions.

Here is an intense oil/vinegar dressing:

1/2 cup high quality olive oil.
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil (dried will work)
1 tsp sea salt

mix all ingredients in a small container with a lid and shake like crazy, drizzle over hearts of romaine, shaved red onion, kalamata olives, chopped tomatoes, garnish with feta cheese.
This is gluten free
