Default Bedroom TV install.

It's been awhile since I've had a TV in the bedroom, figured it was about time.

most of the stuff used

Had one power outlet and a cable outlet on the wall I wanted to use, however I hate seeing wires so those would not do.

Used a male/male connector on the old cable outlet then added a new cable to it and fished it through the wall.

I installed a new outlet at the top of my closet.

Making room for a new power outlet inside the closet.

Planed to have a stud on one side so I'd have something to mount to.

With new box installed. I jumped the power from the outlet that is located on the first wall pictured, I fished it up the wall into the new box using 12guage wire.

Starting to do drywall work, yes its over kill but I always liked doing it that way, allows for a lot of backing support.

Basic coat then next step is tape, more mud then to smooth it out.

I installed the mount then directly below it drilled a hole and added a cover for wires.

The other side.

Added a shelf for DVD player, Cable box, repeater system and anything else I might like to use. Now the closet is done.

Side shot of the tv mounted.

...

Still searching for the right furniture... bed and lamps are so far the only items for the bedroom so far, the lamps are still boxed being used as a night stand...

Ahhhh now thats what I'm talking about.
