| Noob here from Virginia but soon to relocate to DC. My family have own a Thai restaurant for over 16 years now so I really have been around the industry all my life. Glad to be here. | yea I can help with the Pad Thai recipe eventhough it is one of my least favorite dish to eat but mainly because of the massive popularity. As far as other recipe for Thai dishes just let me know what dishes you were wanting to make. |

| I wouldnt worry about pad thai since we've been making that for years. It's just a matter of us putting it up. Stuff I'm into is legit Thai food, the stuff you normally wouldnt see on US menus. Anything authentic would make me happy =) |
