Hello!!

I suppose I'm going to have to start measuring things so I can share my recipes... I enjoy cooking alot! I specialize in Italian and BBQ, but I also make a mean Curry. I can and will cook anything, but I never follow a recipe. I might print one out for "guidelines" but I like to customize everything to my taste.

Looking forward to meeting everyone and adding a few new weapons to my arsenal.

I'm like you. It's like a grease monkey. After x many years of working on cars, they have no need for a torque wrench.
With cooking if I say X many oz of chicken and x many oz of onion I know to add x amount of spice. Something that comes with time.
I to have started to write down things as I go so I can post the info to the board.
fun stuff.

=)
