I ordered Steamed Chicken Buns for an appetizer, ($4.95) This came with 3 steamed buns with a chicken mushroom filling. VERY GOOD! If you've ever had steamed buns you should have an idea of what it taste like.

For my main meal I ordered two dishes based on the servers recommendation, I asked her for the most non American food they have.

The first dish she pointed at was Seafood Combination ($14.95) I believe it was hong kong style. It had Squid, Shrimp, Crab, and Scallops. This was the first time I've ever had a seafood dish from a Chinese place that was cooked very well, the Scallops were perfect, the shrimp was very firm, the squid was done very well, only a few pieces were slightly chewy, but still, hands down the best textured squid I've had at a Chinese food place. The crab meat, well you can't screw that up.

The other dish she pointed to was sliced conch. ($14.95) It had a lot of conch and snow peas, it also had sliced garlic and sliced ginger, This dish was also very yummy. The conch had a few small chewy pieces but over all it was a very good dish.

The check with tax came to $36.59 with tip it was $46.59

Very good meal, very good service. I'm going to give this place pending 5/5

Why do I say pending 5/5? because I've only been there once. If I have the same experience the next time I will remove the pending part.
