Everyone knows that KC is the original cow town, home of the Kansas City Stock Yards. Thought I'd tell everyone about the best steakhouse in Kansas City.

Jess and Jim's Steakhouse
Martin City, MO
Off 150 Hwy & Holmes Rd. - I 435 West to Holmes Rd., South to Martin City, West at light (150 Hwy) about a half mile on left.

Voted one of the top 10 best steakhouses in the US by Playboy.

Amazing steaks, they unload their product directly from a train behind their restuarant. Can't get meat that fresh anywhere else.

Price per head is about $40 for dinner and $20 for lunch.
