| Not cheap to buy, but real tasty. Buy 1 package of preferably New Zealand Lamb chops (US grade will be Ok). If they are not cut into nice little lollipops get the meat dept at the grocery store to cut them into indivual lollipops at no charge. In a large tupperware, add 1 cups EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) and 1/2 cup good grade balsamic Vinegar. TIP*- If you have a Ross or TJ Max in your city, get your EVOO and Balsamic vinegar there in their cooking section. they have some real high grade stuff that you wont find at the grocery store for about 50% cheaper. Next put about 2 tablespoons of Italian Seasoning that is found in the spice section at your grocier. Stir in good and then let your lamb marinade in there for a few hours. Make sure to take your lamb out before grilling and let set until just about room temperture. This is important, as when putting cold meats onto your grill you will not get the best results. Salt the lamb with a bit of crushed kosher salt right before grilling. Grill on high for a few minutes on both sides. lamb is best seved Medium rare to medium. Enjoy and watch your guests faces.
