| I really enjoyed eating these. They're also very easy to make. 8 Lamb chops frenched or normal, doesn't matter. 4 TBS olive oil 2 TBS lemon, about 1/2 lemon worth of juice. 2 TBS soy sauce 3 cloves garlic minced about the same worth of ginger. 1 TSP Thyme, (crushed with fingers) Dash of salt. Dash of pepper. for glaze. 2 parts honey 1 part soy sauce Feta cheese for garnish. Side dishes used for the plating. simple fried potatoes Cucumber Salad Mango Salsa Start off by cutting the lamb chops apart, place in a zip lock bag. add the rest of the ingredients. Remove as much air as you can from the bag and place in the fridge for 1+ hours. Heat up a nonstick grill pan or normal nonstick pan, (grill pan leaves nice looking cooking marks.) when the pan is up to heat, add your lamb and cook for about 3 minutes each side, this time will change depending on the thickness of the lamb chops. MAKE SURE you use a timer so you can have both sides evenly cooked. once the lamb is done cooking, place them on a baking sheet, brush on the honey/soy glaze and place under the broiler till the glaze becomes... a glaze =) Could it get any easier then that? I plated these on top of the simple potatoe recipe, served with a side of mango salsa and cucumber salad, all toped with feta cheese. | I made this dish for my girlfriend a few days ago. Followed your directions exactly, and they came out fantastic! My girl claims this was the best dish I've ever made, and I would have to agree! Perfect directions Jeff! I can't wait to make this again. Jason |
