Default Crustacean - Beverly Hills

Crustacean
9646 Little Santa Monica Boulevard
Beverly Hills, CA 90210
310.205.8990

Type of food: Vietnamese/French Cuisine
Specialty: Whole roasted Dungeness crab with An’s garlic sauce and secret spices, Garlic noodles with secret garlic sauce

Price: ~$80 per person

Quality of food: Excellent Roasted Dungeness Crab, made in the secret kitchen by Helene An. Only members of the Ahn family are allowed in the secret kitchen (which is a second kitchen that is sealed off from the main kitchen) Best crab I've ever had!!* 5/5* I also recommend the Drunken Roasted Crab (simmered in Sake and Chardonnay) Don't forget to get an extra order of Garlic Noodles.
Quality of service: My GF and I both agree, hands down best service we've ever had. Staff was very attentive.* They would always come by and scrape away the breadcrumbs/crab shell bits at our table yet never got to the point where it was intrusive.
Scenery: Right when you walk in, there's a waterfall to your right.* Surprisingly, it goes straight into the floor, and forms a plexiglass river that runs a path in the ground through the restaurant. Complete with swimming koi.
here's what i mean..

There's also a Crustacean in San Francisco, along with Thanh Long which is the same great food just without the ambiance and the cost.
