| Well I wanted to cook something, and saw these gorgeous tomatos the wife bought earlier this week... Said screw it and made some improv stuffed tomatos... 4 Large Sized Tomatos, not too ripe... Cut the tops off, and gut the insides (Save Them) You can use rice, but I grabbed some AlphaBets Pasta that was layin around. 1/2 Kielbasa (I used a lite one, because i had it layin around) Dice it up. 1/2 Onion (Diced) 1 tbsp garlic (Minced) Chicken Stock Mozzerella Cheese. First, I cooked the pasta, then drained it, and threw it in a bowl. Then, the Kielbasa... Just threw it in the pan, no oil or anything, let it cook in its own juices until the juices disippated and they were nice and brown... Mix with the pasta. Then the onions.. I put a little butter in first, and sauteed the onions for about 5-6 minutes on med-hi... Mix with Pasta & Kielbasa... Then the tomatos... Pour them in the pan, cook for about 90-120 seconds, then add some chicken stock (Probably about 1/4 cup)... Then let it cook uncovered for about 7-9 minutes.. Mix with Pasta, Kielbasa, & Onions. Then, stuff the tomatos with the filling, and top with Mozzerella Cheese... Bake for 30 minutes at 350 and DAMN THOSE THINGS ARE GOOD... I should have made more than just four!!!
