Default Smoked up some Pork ribs for dinner

Did a basic dry rub, then smoked them between 225o and 250o for about 5 hours.

Mopped them from time to time with apple juice then finished them off with some Apple cider BBQ sauce.

Also threw some chicken breast on there for lunch.
