Glad it worked out great for you. do it 2-3 more times and it should take you about 20 mins prep and whatever time to cook it.

as with anything in life, do it a few times and you'll get it down good.

Made this tonight for my girlfriend, took me about an hour and fifteen minutes total. I punished the bottle of white wine while I was cooking haha. All in all a great meal, but I learned that I need way more cheese and more ham.
