alfredo sauce

Hey Jeff...Dan here from Max Suz. There was a fella that had a restaurant not too far from where I lived and I used to trade him moose steaks for some of his stuffed tortelini with alfredo sauce. His alfredo sauce was the best I ever tasted and I am starting to drool just thinking about it. He passed away a few years back and I have yet to taste anything that was as good as what he made. Care to share your recipe? Thanx....Dan

I don't have a recipe since I've never been really big into alfredo but, I'll look into it for you and see what I can come up with.

Very interested in this also. Alfredo sauce (ragu) is cheap enough the store, but nothing beats making your own from scratch and adding your own flavoring to it to compliment the meal your making
