I started working on tamales awhile back and just ended up getting side tracked.

One thing I've found is tamales have a WIDE range of ways to make them. I work with some Hispanics and I always hear, this is right, this is wrong, no this is nothing like it. all with tamales from either them or local restaurants.
I think it comes down to what town their family is from.

Soon enough I'll post up some tamales.

put together the way i want but now i see th requst is for the mex version
so im no sure how much it will help lol
