I don't eat them too often but they're the best!

not too much goes into fish.

for salmon

lotta butter
lotta lemon (citric acid kills the fishy smell)
pepper, onion and garlic (garlic is strong and it overwhelmes the smell as well)
BBQ tastes the best and needs to be golden on the outside. Cooking it takes longer than you
think . best with risotto or other rice, side dishes + white wine.

I disagree, there's so many different types of fish, and ways of making them.
BBQ on salmon? wow, what area of the country are you in?

I kinda think he is talkin bout cookin it over coals not moppin on the sauce. King Mackerel steaks are really good on the coals with butter,lemon etc

yes, exactly. not bbq sauce, but bbq'ing overa pit. I use aluminum foil underneath, in order to contain the moisture.
