| Last thing you want to do when baking is get on your computer =) I have a book that has all of this listed. when I'm in the kitchen I like to have it ready. it's nice when baking for 1 or 2 people since I always end up cutting batches into halfs. |

| Jeff, My stuffing recipe calls for 1 tsp of poultry seasoning, 1 1/2 tsp sage, 1 tsp dried thyme, and 1/2 tsp marjoram. I have all the dried ingredients and I can use them, but I found a fresh beauquet of poltry seasoning at the supermarket and was wondering how to convert from dried to fresh.
